No further elections are due to be held in 2026.
Nominations for elections 2027 will open in November/December 2026.
Winning candidates elections 2026
Dan Furmedge has been elected as the new Senior censor and vice president for education and training (VPET).
The following four fellows have also been elected as RCP councillors:
- Gina Allen
- Patrick Davey
- Shruthi Konda
- Asif Qasim
As previously announced Professor Sam Rice and Dr Ben Thomas have been elected as joint vice president for Wales. They have now formally taken up the role with a maximum end date of 31 July 2029.
