Trainees Committee representative – Oxford and Thames Valley
After completing the RCP Chief Registrar Programme (pilot) in 2017, Dr Jamie Kitt undertook a DPhil in Oxford on the impact of hypertensive pregnancy on the cardiovascular system and has now almost completed his clinical training.
He is currently acting up as a consultant in cardiology and general internal medicine at High Wycombe Hospital, Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
He is also a British Heart Foundation clinical research training fellow at the University of Oxford, chair of the Thames Valley Trainee Physicians Committee and chair of the British Society of Cardiac Imaging Trainee Committee.
