Patrick set up Willington Asset Management in 2023 after previously being Head of Strategy & Investment for Assura PLC (a FTSE 250 Healthcare REIT with a portfolio of 600 Medical Centres valued up towards £3bn). Over his 22-year career, Patrick has held Senior roles at ING Real Estate & Savills Investment Management.
