The RCP Update in medicine conference is designed to provide high-quality education for those with an interest in medicine, allowing attendees to stay abreast of clinical advancements in medicine and develop professional skills.
These one-day conferences also include an open forum with RCP senior officers.

Talks will cover a variety of topics: from the new treatments for chronic cough, motor neurone disease and identifying and resolving problems in digital healthcare. As well as hearing from leading physicians across the medical specialties, you can participate in Q&A sessions and enjoy the opportunity to network with your peers.
This is a full day conference. Registration will open at 8:00am, with the conference starting promptly at 9:05am. The event should finish no later than 5.00pm.

Who should attend?
Physicians and allied health professionals at all levels and across all medical specialties are welcome and encouraged to attend.
You do not have to be an RCP subscribing member to attend this event, but you may wish to consider becoming a member and benefiting from discounted registration fees.

Parking
The Queens hotel recommend that guests park at The Q Park (LS14AG). There is a discounted rate for guests of £15 per 24 hours.
The £15 charge is for one entry and one exit in a 24-hour period only. If you exit and re-enter the car park this will be chargeable. Payment must be paid at the hotel and we will validate the ticket before departure.
Alternatively, you might wish to make use of the venue's central location. Leeds train station is adjacent to the hotel, with its own private entrance direct from the station concourse. Leeds bus station is also a short walk away.
