Please feel free to submit any comments or questions to senior officers in advance of the AGM to Simon Land, head of professional governance. Senior officers will endeavour to answer all questions received (including those submitted on the day) at the AGM or post meeting (on a thematic basis) should there be too many to respond to at the meeting.
Full instructions on how to participate in voting will be issued within the AGM papers and as part of a reminder email.
All attendees will be given access to vote, whether they are attending in person or online.
If you are attending in person please make sure you bring a device with you. Staff will be on hand to support on the day.
Please note that routine AGM business (eg annual report of Council) will be voted on during the meeting by the fellows who are present.
AGM papers will be made available to both fellows and members but AGM attendance and voting is a benefit of subscribing fellows only.
Papers are made available at least 2 weeks prior to the AGM on the RCP website. At this point a direct email communication will be sent to the membership. Please note that you will need to be logged into your profile to view the papers.
We hope that fellows and members find the information interesting but stress that it is confidential in nature.
Attendance and voting rights at general meetings are a privilege of subscribing fellows only. Subscribing fellows are required to be in good standing which includes being up to date with subscription to be invited.
Honorary and Emeritus categories of fellowship are non-subscribing and so not eligible to attend or vote.
