This digital conference prepares resident doctors for the transition into the medical registrar role.
The programme for this conference is developed in collaboration with the RCP deputy registrar, RCP Resident Doctor Committee and representatives from across the UK regions at different training and career grades. The content aims to support those who are approaching the transition into the medical registrar role but may serve as a helpful clinical refresher for physicians at any stage of their career.

Why attend in-person?
This is an opportunity for resident doctors (or equivalent grades) to watch Call the medical registrar with peers away from the distractions of your home and work environment. You’ll also get the chance to network with representatives from the Resident Doctor Committee who advocate for physicians in training and ensure your voices are heard throughout the RCP.
The RCP education team will also be facilitating a taster workshop on the morning of the event at both sites which aims to further your professional development.
Who should attend?
To foster networking and collaboration, the opportunity to watch Call the medical registrar in person is open to resident doctors (or equivalent grades) only. Physicians and other allied health professional of other career grades are welcome and encouraged to book an online ticket.
What does my in-person ticket include?
Alongside the benefits above, your ticket includes refreshments: including tea and coffee throughout the day and a light lunch. When booking your ticket, please let us know if you have any specific allergies.
Access to the workshop is included as part of your ticket. Although please note that this is offered on a first come, first served basis only and capacity may be limited.
All in-person attendees will gain full access to the online platform allowing you to ask any speaker questions, catch any sessions you missed and further review content you found helpful. We’ll also be releasing several on-demand bonus videos which registered delegates can access using their email login.
