This workshop is suitable for doctors of all grades.
In this one-hour workshop session, we will examine imposter syndrome through an evidence-based lens; challenging the idea that it stems from individual deficit.
This session highlights how systemic barriers and societal expectations may shape imposter feelings, particularly in medicine and leadership. Delegates will gain a clearer understanding of the research and practical ways to support themselves and others within these structures.
