Improvement community: Conversations with Professor Julian Redhead
Join us for an interactive follow-up to our recent Improvement Community session, continuing the conversation on urgent and emergency care recovery. Professor Julian Redhead will return to share further insights, and attendees will have the opportunity to engage in open discussion, share experiences, and connect with peers.
In our last session, we explored key themes including:
- Using ED data to drive improvement
- Resident doctor continuity and training
- Nurse-led discharges
- Innovations to reduce diagnostic overuse
- Concerns around corridor care.
This session will build on those conversations and help shape ongoing improvement work.
