This interactive workshop explores the opportunities and challenges of service level planning, with a focus on balancing demand and capacity, and understanding how to use service level data to frame difficult conversations.
This workshop complements the existing Mastering the transition to clinical director workshop. Delegates can attend the two workshops in any order.
By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
