This full day workshop is a commissioned event organised by the United Kingdom Kidney Association and is for selected delegates only.

• Consider the skills and qualities of an effective mentor
• Outline the basic principles of a successful mentoring relationship
• Discuss the stages of the GROW model and apply the model in practice
• Reflect on your own personal development needs as a mentor.
