Naabil Khan

Naabil Khan is a fifth-year medical student at the University of Exeter. Passionate about equity, representation and inclusion within healthcare and medical education.
Alongside her medical studies, Naabil is the creator of Skin For All, an online educational platform designed to improve representation of dermatological conditions across different skin tones. Her work is driven by a commitment to diversifying the medical curriculum, promoting public involvement in medicine and ensuring that conversations about representation in healthcare lead to meaningful, long-lasting change.
Naabil has delivered talks at numerous national and local platforms, including TEDxNHS, TEDxTruro, and the British Medical Association (BMA) student conference, where she discussed decolonising healthcare and addressing racial inequities within medical education.
Through her various projects and advocacy work, Naabil aims to inspire the next generation of clinicians to value representation and equity as fundamental to medical practice. As a committee member, she hopes to better understand how medical students and future doctors can shape a healthcare system that is inclusive, just, and responsive to the needs of all communities.
