To celebrate SAS week, the Education Department at the RCP are delivering a free 1-hour CPD approved session for SAS doctors which we will explore how leadership can enhance collaboration and performance across medical teams.

This interactive session introduces the concept of collective competence and its relevance to interdisciplinary and cross-team working. Participants will reflect on teaming, human factors, and the role of psychological safety in effective healthcare delivery, leaving with practical actions to foster more connected, competent teams.
