The LTMAD: Beyond CMT – supervisor pack is where professionals working with specialty trainees can find information, examples, templates and forms on how to support their trainees in getting quality improvement projects started, and how to keep them going until completion.
Contents of the pack
The supervisor pack provides descriptions and samples of the various tools that are available to facilitate ongoing monitoring and evaluation of trainees' projects, as well as providing guidance and a rough timeline for document submission.
Some of the documents, including the presentation templates, can be downloaded separately at the bottom of the page.
Registering projects
Trainees can register their projects on the LTMAD database by filling out the registration form. Alternatively, they can download the registration form below and email it to LTMADbeyondCMT@rcplondon.ac.uk.
