This fellowship was established in honour of the late Nancy Crawshaw. Funding from the trust will support salary costs, allowing an individual to undertake a 12-month quality improvement project that will positively impact the delivery of clinical care for patients in Wales.
The fellowship focuses on development and supports applicants to deliver projects that will:
- improve rural or underserved population care models
- reduce inequalities in outcomes and access
- strengthen sustainable workforce and service models
- enhance ambulatory and virtual care pathways.
The maximum award will be up to £70,000 per annum for a 12-month mid-IMT salary, which will be paid to the host institution.
The successful applicant will also be entitled to an additional £3,000 for travelling expenses and conference fees, for a maximum of one year.
How to apply
Applications are invited from Monday 15 June 2026. An application form will be available from this date.
