During 2018, as part of its new programme of work focusing on professionalism, the RCP will be running a series of free workshops in partnership with the General Medical Council (GMC).
The free sessions will focus on clinicians’ experience of unprofessional behaviours, the context in which they occur and the difficulties in raising concerns or addressing unprofessional behaviours.
We want to hear about your experiences on the frontline, and provide you with resources to recognise and challenge unprofessional behaviour throughout your career.

Well done. I know it feels like you are teaching something we should know (good behaviour not challenging it) but we really do need reminding.
Excellent - accessible, not stuffy at all (a surprise!). Enjoyable, made sense, a good springboard for future meetings
Excellent facilitators – thank you
