Many RCP fellows were included in the King's New Year Honours for their contribution to healthcare in the UK and internationally.
Commenting on these physicians’ success PRCP Dr Sarah Clarke said: “Congratulations to our former President Dame Carol Black, and all those who have been honoured.
"Physicians make a significant contribution to public wellbeing, both through national-level influencing and frontline care. With the NHS under continual significant pressure, it is especially important to recognise the hard work and dedication of its staff."
