RCP produces guidance on valuing trainees

In December 2015 the Royal College of Physicians wrote to the secretary of state for health outlining ways in which trusts can support and ensure that trainees are valued. The recommendations have been based on the experiences of our members and fellows including the RCP’s Trainees Committee.

Based on the our original recommendations to the secretary of state we have produced a series of recommendations outlining how local trusts can support and ensure that trainees are valued.

The full guidance is available to download.
