Last year, we launched our Sketch The Spine competition to celebrate the opening of our new northern home in Liverpool. We invited children aged 4–11 to draw a picture of The Spine and we received fantastic artwork from across the country.
After shortlisting the top 30 entries, we were delighted to welcome the children to The Spine for an exhibition and activity day. During the day they enjoyed a ‘wacky’ science session, painted a Liverpool-inspired mural and listened to Professor Tom Solomon’s ‘Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Medicine’ talk.
