As part of the Improving Lung Cancer Outcomes Project (ILCOP), the 30 ILCOP teams participated in a series of web conferences on topics closely related to their quality improvement plans.
We worked with national clinical experts to identify which elements could be making lung cancer services different from one another. You can explore how the ILCOP teams tried to improve areas such as surgical resection rates, access to treatment in lung cancer and data quality.
