Entries are being accepted for the Royal College of Physicians' (RCP's) Excellence in Patient Care Awards 2018, which will recognise and reward the hard work done by physicians across the UK and internationally.
Now in its third year, the 2018 awards will celebrate individuals and/or teams in the following categories:
- international
- innovation
- medical education and training
- patient-centred care
- The Lancet research award
- quality improvement
- contribution to the profession – trainee or SAS doctor (nomination only)
- contribution to the profession – consultant (nomination only).
What you can win
The winner of each category will receive £1,000, a commemorative plaque, and promotion of their winning project by the RCP both at the award ceremony evening and after the event.
How to enter
To enter the awards, submit an abstract of your project / case study or nominate a colleague before 1 December 2017.
