PSN Day 2

This interactive second day workshop of the PSN programme will empower you to investigate evaluation potential in your practice as an educator. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, the workshop will help you explore peer observation in your own practice and introduce you to the critical friend model. You will have the opportunity to meet with tutors and your peers to explore your projects, in a mutually supportive environment.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to: 

• To recognise the different levels of evaluation 
• To assess different methods of obtaining evaluative feedback 
• To be able to list the key principles of peer observations
• To critique the critical friend model
• To evaluate different models of feedback and apply an effective feedback model in practice
