PSN Day 3

The final day workshop of the interactive PSN programme will help you focus on assessment and reflection. Through interactive discussion and practical activities, you will have the opportunity to discuss how you can use assessment and reflection to develop your role as an educator. This workshop will enable you to meet with tutors and peers to discuss your projects through a tutorial, in a mutually supportive environment.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to: 

• Consider the link between learning and assessment
• Recognise the challenges of implementing and sustaining change
• Apply a change management tool to an educational scenario
• Evaluate the importance of reflection in their role as an educator  
• Develop some strategies for effective reflection 
• Reflect on your progress in developing your EI
• Use feedback from peers to develop their ideas.
