Christmas lecture 2025 Ultra-processed kids: when food goes viral (in person at RCP Regent's Park, London)
The holiday season is fast approaching — get ready for the highly anticipated RCP Christmas lecture!
This year, we are delighted to welcome back Chris van Tulleken who is a professor of infection and global health at University College London.
Chris is also known for his work on the BBC, where he hosts the BAFTA award-winning series ‘Operation Ouch!’ with his brother, Xand.
The lecture is aimed at 12-18 year olds, and will look at how our eating habits have changed over time, how our digestive system works, and how today’s food industry targets young people. You’ll also learn how to make healthier choices.
After the talks, in person attendees are invited to join us for a festive get together!

Adult tickets are £20 - all children can attend free of charge.
