- Define the role of the Clinical Director
- Reflect on the role of the clinical director in appraisal and revalidation
- Critically consider the key principles of successful job planning
- Analyse the key aspects of an effective clinical governance system
- Evaluate the steps in the preparation of a short business case
- Identify strategies for coping with the challenges of Emergency Care provision
- Develop and practice strategies to promote wellbeing and resilience.
