Dr Aicha Bouraoui is a clinical research fellow in adolescent rheumatology and an ST7 in rheumatology and general internal medicine.
Dr Aicha Bouraoui has an interest in leadership, population health, data science and quality improvement.
Dr Bouraoui completed a 1-year fellowship in clinical leadership (Darzi Fellowship) and took part in a coaching fellowship programme at the Institute of Health Improvement, supporting learners enrolled in the leadership and organising for change programme.
She is very enthusiastic about her role within the Trainees Committee and is a member of quality improvement, and flexibility and wellbeing committees at the RCP. Dr Bouraoui is looking forward to working with her colleagues to effectively advocate for trainees, improve quality of training to deliver high standards of care for patients, and promote health for the wider population.

Dr. Aicha Bouraoui is a Consultant Rheumatologist and Divisional Medical Information Officer at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, where she also leads the Early Inflammatory Arthritis service at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She holds an Honorary Consultant role in Adolescent Rheumatology at UCLH.
With specialist training in London and the East of England, her interests span clinical leadership, population health, and quality improvement. She completed a Darzi Fellowship in Clinical Leadership and a coaching fellowship at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
